Welcome to the Reunion Committee Website

UPDATED 8/20/2019

Our website is up and running on Hostinger.com. As far as I can tell everything is working. If you find a problem please let me know by clicking here. I am currently using a Windows 7 Netbook with 1 GB of RAM to edit the website since I am using Microsoft Front Page and it doesn't work with Windows 10. Over the next few months I will be shifting over to the website builder on Hostinger working from the pages farthest from the opening page back so there will probably be some problems. I will appreciate all the help you can give me.

I have receive word that Michael Connor, MM from the Decommissioning crew, has died. His obit is on the Obituaries page accessed by the Button above.

The 2020 Reunion will be held at Pigeon Forge, TN March 9 13.

The room rates are good from Monday to Friday and the Hospitality Room opens at 5:00 pm on Monday.  Banquet is Thursday evening and breakfast Friday morning.

You will find the information for your online reservation link below. This is for room reservations only. You will need to register for the reunion separately. If you have questions or need help with the link, please do not hesitate to ask. We appreciate your business and look forward to a successful event.

I received the following (I will try to get the obit up on the Obituaries page)

My name is Donna Kranik and I am the daughter of Donald E. Oldham, Sr.  Dad was a plank owner and COB of the blue crew until 1968 (Im pretty sure that was the year).

Dad passed away this past Friday, Jan 4, 2018.  He was living in Longview, WA at the time.

Dad loved the navy and he absolutely loved this ship.

Mom passed away five years ago, and their ashes will be interred at Willamette National Cemetery.

I have received word that D. J. McCabe has died. I have no other information. If you served with him and have any ore information such as full name, rate/rank years onboard and crew please send it by clicking here .

There is a Facebook page USS Von Steuben (SSBN 632) Alumni that is useful in getting in touch with VS members. It is not associated with the Reunion Committee but I do monitor postings.

The Ship's Store is closed.
